Assistant Boutique Manager

We're looking for a dedicated and driven individual to take on the role of Assistant Boutique Manager.

This pivotal position involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a premium, memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the boutique's operations.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Uphold brand standards and deliver a seamless, customer-first experience.
  • Support visual merchandising and stock management processes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About You:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' retail experience, preferably in a senior beauty advisor or assistant manager role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with leadership potential.
  • Understanding of KPIs and analytical skills.
  • Skin care and management experience is an asset.
