About You:You are an influential leader who loves making an impact and who can lead a team to build business success.
If you have a track record of mentoring and training team members, coupled with a passion for being an ambassador in your environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving sales and KPI results
Training, developing and mentoring our team
Managing the day to day of the boutique including rostering, inventory management and reporting
Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our KIVARI customer
Greeting all visitors to the boutique
Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard
Recruitment
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong background in customer service and sales.
Ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
A natural leader with strong communication and influencing skills.
