In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the boutique runs smoothly and every customer enjoys a premium, memorable experience.*This is a Full-Time Permanent Position on a rotating roster, at 38 hours a week*Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of the boutique's operations.
Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
About YouA minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
Experience in a senior beauty advisor/manager role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
