Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product information queries, providing pricing and catalogue information, and taking ownership of customer enquiries. They will also be required to manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries, accurately enter customer information into internal databases, and act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
