Radiation Therapy Department Lead

At Icon Group, we are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapy Manager to lead our Radiation Therapy department in Coburg, VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation of our RT service, providing technical supervision, education, and development for all Radiation Therapists.
About the OpportunityThis is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight over a 9-day fortnight. You will report directly to the Site Manager and have a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient care with cutting-edge technology and therapy techniques.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective leadership and management to the Radiation Therapist team.
- Establish and maintain the highest standards and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.
- Ensure suitable training and support services are effectively provided to the Radiation Therapists.
- Apply effective resource and workflow management strategies to optimise quality and efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:- Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams.
- Experience in managing the complexities of a healthcare business including building relationships with VMOs.
- Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills that inspire trust and strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Very high-level clinical knowledge and skills.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
