Radiation Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Icon Cancer Centre Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide high-quality radiation treatment as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Patient-Centred Care: Deliver safe and effective radiation therapy services that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain High Standards: Continuously enhance the quality of service and patient experience through adherence to clinical protocols and procedures.
- Liaise with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate closely with members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner.
- Exhibit Strong Patient Focus: Treat all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equality.
- Support High-Performance Culture: Contribute to a culture that delivers quality patient care services through a patient-centric and collaborative approach.
We are looking for someone who is highly enthusiastic, motivated, and quick to adapt in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery, as well as the ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.
Requirements:- Proven Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery.
- Adherence to Protocols: Ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.
- Service Delivery Model: Understanding of the service delivery model within the private healthcare sector.
- Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrable capacity to work effectively and positively both independently and as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Registration and Licenses: Current AHPRA radiation therapist registration with Victorian Radiation Use Licence.
- Adequate Professional Indemnity Insurance: Adequate professional indemnity insurance as required by AHPRA.
$85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
