Our pool operations team is seeking a motivated and experienced leader to manage the daily activities at our Wee Waa Memorial Swimming Pool. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with excellent leadership skills, a passion for maintaining pristine pools, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Job Description:
- Lead and manage the team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the swimming pool, including plant maintenance, equipment operation, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on pool operations, attendance, and performance metrics.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified pool lifeguard with experience in pool plant and equipment maintenance and operation.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
