Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Team Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes leading by example, offering direction, support and training to nurture an environment where growth and skills enhancement flourish.

In addition to their leadership role, the Pool Team Leader will also be required to undertake administration duties, including cash handling, balancing and banking and general administration.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pool Team Leader to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a certified pool lifeguard skillset, experience in pool plant and equipment maintenance and operation, as well as exceptional customer service skills.

  • Lead a team of staff to ensure efficient and effective pool operations
  • Undertake administration duties, including cash handling and balancing
  • Monitor and maintain pool plant and equipment
  • Assist with front desk and kiosk duties, including managing customer interactions and stock orders
Requirements
  • Certified pool lifeguard skillset
  • Experience in pool plant and equipment maintenance and operation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Able to lead a team and provide direction and support

This role may require rotation around Narrabri Shire Aquatic Facilities to support operational needs. The Wee Waa Pool Team Leader will be required to return to Narrabri Aquatic Centre over the winter shut down period.
