We are seeking an experienced and skilled Global Tax Professional to join our Operations team.

This key role will lead our global tax strategy, manage R&D tax credit claims, and collaborate with teams across the business.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing global tax planning and related transfer pricing systems and processes
  • Work cross-functionally to manage R&D Tax Credit claims and ensure compliance
  • Manage income tax calculation and tax-effect accounting to optimize financial performance
  • Tax compliance and governance in each territory we operate
  • Assistance with M&A tax-related activities and due diligence
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in global tax planning, transfer pricing, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence others at all levels and functions within the organization
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven approach to drive informed decisions
