About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Quality and Inclusion Coach in Early Childhood Education to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Townsville.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be a critical enabler of our practice uplift goals, providing coaching and advice on quality and inclusive early childhood education. You will share your skills and experiences with centre teams, supporting their teaching, learning, and inclusion for all children. This includes working directly with centre leadership teams to enable high-quality targeted and intensive inclusion support.

Your Impact

  • You will be the first point of call for all Goodstarters nationally through our Practice and Inclusion Helpdesk.
  • You will share your skills and experiences with centre teams, supporting their teaching and learning for all children, including those with additional needs.
  • You will work collaboratively within our Teaching, Learning, and Support team to implement targeted and intensive strategies.
  • You will educate, coach, and support centre teams to implement and review targeted and intensive inclusion strategies.

About You

  • You hold a 4-year Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.
  • You have demonstrated capability of supporting and coaching teams to deliver high-quality, inclusive early learning.
  • You have extensive experience in delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning (aged birth to 8 years).
  • You have experience leading change and coaching high-performing teams.
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of community and government networks/resources.
