Account Receivable Manager

This role involves timely and accurate allocation, electronic posting, and collection of account payments to reduce overall debt held.
- Maintain an accurate aged trial balance
- Meet set KPIs and targets for collections, credit balances, and aged debt
- Deal with accounts and collection calls
- Liaise with third-party agencies regarding delinquent debtors
- Raise and process adjustments as required
About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all account payments are accurately allocated and processed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate aged trial balance and meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets for collections, credit balances, and aged debt.
Skill Requirements:
- Previous experience in handling account enquiries and managing accounts receivable
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service and resolving customer queries
- Strong computer literacy and ability to manage multiple databases
