Community Support Coordinator

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of the community. You'll provide administrative support, have a customer-centred approach to your work and ability to connect with residents.
- Provide general administrative support including reception duties, greeting residents & visitors and ensuring common areas are inviting.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as residents, visitors, community groups, contractors and fellow colleagues.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with residents and visitors.
- Coordinating work and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Maintaining accurate records and files.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in a customer-facing administration or reception environment.
- Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs.
- A demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and commitments.
