**Job Overview**

Enhance the lives of older Australians by joining a team that provides in-home Aged Care services. Our personalised approach focuses on empowering every person to maintain their home comforts, health, and connections within their community.

We are seeking individuals who can support our clients to remain living independently in their own homes through the provision of basic domestic assistance and personal care support across various suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Domestic assistance such as meal preparation and light cleaning
  • Personal Care including grooming and showering
  • Community access to medical appointments and social activities
  • Assistance with tasks and routines outlined by an approved medical professional
  • Build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients to establish positive relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification
  • An Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification
  • Experience and confidence in providing personal care
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
