The role of an Enterprise Risk Professional is responsible for driving a proactive and robust risk management culture across all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior executives on strategic risk management initiatives
- Develop and deliver comprehensive risk management training workshops
- Utilize strong commercial acumen to inform business decisions
This opportunity involves working closely with the Manager Group Risk, Quality & Assurance to develop, manage and advance the company's Risk Management Framework.
This will include facilitating risk workshops, developing business continuity plans and testing protocols, compiling key committee papers, managing compliance obligations registers, coordinating policy updates etc.
The successful candidate will hold tertiary degree qualifications in Business or a related discipline and possess a minimum 5 – 10 years' experience in risk management, demonstrating prior experience with ISO 31000:2018 standards.
Desirable candidates will also have expertise in risk management, compliance and audit frameworks, with the ability to interpret relevant legislation and understand compliance requirements.
Strong financial acumen and high-level competency in major software packages including MS Office are essential. Proficiency in Power BI and experience in performing external or internal audits would be advantageous.
Candidates may be required to travel within Western Australia and interstate as needed.
