The Role

We are seeking a Maintenance & Systems Advisor to join our team based in our Hendra office. The successful individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining cost-effective maintenance strategies consistent with the business's objectives. This includes timely and accurate reporting on compliance to set work management measures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Mainpac asset data integrity in accordance with Qube Master Data Standards, escalating as required when adjustments are made outside of authority limits (Master Data).
  • Set up and create new assets in Mainpac aligned with equipment deployment schedules, ensuring site access to required information.
  • Support and develop new site team members in the operation of Mainpac.
  • Provide Mainpac reporting as required by Qube leadership, including cost, hours, and other specific KPIs.
  • Support data entry for life cycle costing cost reviews.
  • Enter system data or administer as required to support site requirements.

Qualifications/Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in systems maintenance, administration, data entry, or other similar roles.
  • Trade qualifications or certificate-level qualifications in similar or transferrable fields.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
  • Good skills using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to work well within a small team environment.
