About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Consultant to join our team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). As a Nurse Consultant HIV Liaison, you will play a critical role in delivering specialized nursing care to clients living with HIV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert care coordination and case management for clients living with HIV
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance HIV management and treatment adherence
  • Provide education and support to inpatient clinical teams on HIV management and care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to HIV care

Requirements:

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • At least 3 years post-registration experience in a relevant clinical area
  • Proven competence in care coordination for people living with HIV or other infectious diseases
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
