We are seeking an experienced production leader to oversee daily operations for our Australian facility.
About the OpportunityThis role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in safety and production.
- Assisting in incident reporting and maintaining compliance with WHS policies.
- Ensuring adherence to product safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Scheduling labor requirements and managing shift rosters effectively.
- Maintaining daily production performance and addressing performance issues with staff.
- Conducting performance reviews and implementing improvements in efficiency and setup times.
- Supporting employee onboarding and monitoring training plans.
- Investigating non-conformances and compiling reports as necessary.
- Minimizing waste and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
