Key Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Key Communication Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of communication systems on site.
As a Key Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of communication systems on site, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements and our Safety Health Management System. You will also support the development and implementation of site strategy, monitoring and managing performance against set plans, and working as an effective leader and team member by demonstrating a commitment to safety and positive work behaviors.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP Maintenance System, flexibility to adapt in a changing environment, and the ability to respond to business-critical events as required. They will also possess hands-on mechanical skills, experience in driving best practice through their department and into the business, and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence and achieve buy-in from key stakeholders.
Additional responsibilities include participating in safety processes, traveling across site to respond to tasks, and contributing significantly to the leadership of the site. The successful candidate will have a high level of strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving ability, and be able to work autonomously for a major part of the working time.
