Claims Administration Role

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Claims Administration Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Accident and Health Claims team. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the support and guidance they require for injured workers to recover and make a safe and sustainable return to work.

You will provide high-level customer service to internal and external partners, manage end-to-end claims processes, handle daily workflow, and maintain client service standards. Additionally, you will process payments of income and other ancillary benefits within company guidelines and delegated authority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims processes from start to finish

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, time management, and organisational skills. You must also have a strong attention to detail, PC literacy, and Microsoft Office experience. A minimum completion of Year 10 secondary school studies is also required.
