  • Lead development of complex mobile systems using MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture
  • Architect and design scalable mobile architectures that influence platform-wide patterns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build seamless user experiences
  • Drive internal tooling, process improvements, and performance optimisations
  • Mentor Android engineers and guide technical decision-making across teams

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in Android development, with deep proficiency in Kotlin and Java
  • Strong leadership in cross-functional technical initiatives and mobile strategy
  • Familiarity with Android performance, security, and design best practices
  • Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and building with long-term impact in mind
