Lead Structural Design Engineer

Job Description:

  • Take on leadership roles across the design, delivery, and tender phases of multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work aligned with relevant technical, commercial, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain highly effective professional relationships with local clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Typically 6+ years' industry experience in building projects, including commercial, retail, defence, health, or education sectors.
  • Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design, including post-tensioned concrete.
  • Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery.
