Key Maritime Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished Maritime Strategist to drive innovation and strategy in Defence, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and delivering impactful outcomes.

  • Aligning with Defence Capability Managers to determine S&T needs and requirements;
  • Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with industry, academia, and the scientific community;
  • Establishing and maintaining Innovation and S&T Plans for Defence Capability Programs within the Maritime Domain;
  • Tasking relevant S&T Capability Development areas to resource projects and work packages;
  • Managing and assuring delivery of Maritime S&T Program outcomes.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this complex environment.
