Retail Property Coordinator Opportunity

Spring Professional is seeking an experienced Retail Property Coordinator to join a successful Retailer based in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail property administration, with a focus on lease management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer retail property portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely lease data management.
  • Process lease amendments, renewals, and terminations, as well as manage relationships with national legal service providers.
  • Maintain lease data in the lease management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate monthly rent payments and associated correspondence.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a lease administration or property coordination role.
  • Previous experience working with retail leases is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in property and retail.

  • $85,000 package + bonus + work-from-home flexibility + on-site parking.
