Job Overview

This senior leadership position oversees the optimization of business systems to support diverse service streams. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this role ensures effective integration and utilization of core applications for improved efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically manage administration, configuration, and support of core business applications (finance, HR, CRM, care systems)
  • Analyze and enhance business processes through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and foster innovation
  • Oversee IT projects, including governance, testing, and change management
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards
  • Nurture strong vendor relationships and manage service agreements
  • Provide staff training and deliver user-centric service solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managing business applications within a medium-large organization
  • At least 3 years' experience in IT project management using Prince2 or PMBOK methodologies
  • Relevant degree in IT, Business, Finance, or Information Systems
  • Proven background in business process improvement and change management
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise systems and supporting ERP platforms
  • Familiarity with data governance and compliance in regulated environments
