We are currently recruiting a passionate leader to oversee the clinical mental health treatment interventions and education, and hold responsibility for implementation, leadership, clinical supervision, education, and mentoring of staff to ensure best practice is met across the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically guide the implementation and sustenance of the Mental Health Division's orientation and induction approach for new staff.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and the leadership team to ensure an integrated approach to the delivery of the orientation program for the division.
  • Support the leadership team in developing and utilizing policies and procedures to facilitate the smooth implementation of the Early Career Graduation Program.
  • Embed evidence-based practices, including the Choice and Partnership Approach (CAPA) and informed peer practice supervision within division clinical teams, providing support to clinical leads and managers.
  • Support managers and leads with strategic planning and the use of team and all staff in-service time and quarterly all staff team time workshops.
