Are you a seasoned recruitment professional seeking a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team, responsible for leading end-to-end hiring processes for business-critical roles.
As a key member of our national TA Team, you will be working closely with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. You will also be advising leaders on market insights, trends, and talent strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end hiring for business-critical roles, utilizing best-in-class tools and resources.
- Build consultative relationships with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Advise leaders on market insights, trends, and talent strategies to ensure effective talent acquisition.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience through clear and timely communication.
- Source talent through diverse channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, and social media.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and amplify our employer brand.
- Mentor others and help raise the bar for recruitment across the business.
- Use data and metrics to drive recruitment effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Extensive Talent Acquisition Partnership experience within a corporate portfolio.
- Proven success in senior-level or executive recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS (Workday Recruiter preferred) and HR software.
- Skilled in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian job market and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
