Apprenticeship and Traineeship Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprenticeship and Traineeship Training Coordinator. As a key member of our Group Training Organisation, you will play a vital role in managing our Apprenticeship and Traineeship Programs based in Darwin.
Key Responsibilities- Foster and Maintain Relationships
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders, training providers, and state training services to ensure the successful delivery of our Apprenticeship and Traineeship Programs.
Training and DevelopmentManage the training and development of apprentices and trainees, including the delivery of awareness sessions to school students and community groups about the opportunities on offer.
Program ManagementOversee the management of training and safety culture to produce highly skilled and motivated operators and tradespeople, including the management of trainees and apprentices.
Administrative TasksPerform general administrative tasks, including reporting, timesheets, and data entry, as well as compliance to client contractual requirements and achievement of KPIs.
Requirements- Experience
Experience in the training and/or development sector is highly valued.
Communication SkillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role.
Time ManagementStrong time management and ability to meet deadlines are critical for the success of this position.
Team PlayerA dynamic team player and contributor who can build and develop strong relationships with various stakeholders at different levels.
Safety CommitmentAble to demonstrate an understanding of safety and a commitment to upholding safety standards.
TravelAble to travel, although this is infrequent.
