Lead Basketball Instructor Position

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to lead our Kids Basketball program as a Lead Coach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging basketball practices and games that cater to the age and skill level of our participants
  • Teach and reinforce fundamental basketball skills, including dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense techniques
  • Foster a positive team environment that promotes sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among players
  • Effectively communicate with parents and players regarding practice schedules, team expectations, and player progress through regular updates

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Prior experience coaching basketball or working with children in an instructional or mentoring capacity
  • In-depth understanding of basketball fundamentals and strategies to create engaging and challenging activities for players
