You will report to the Director of Operations and play a critical role in our continued growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need strong people leadership experience, confidence with technology and modern learning tools, and a track record of building accountability while inspiring trust.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in training and operations management.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive results.
Bonus points if you also have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and a background in paramedical or healthcare training.
