Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the needs and interests of children aged 0-5 years
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve educational and care goals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Hold a Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services (ACECQA approved)
  • Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working with young children (0-5 years) in an early childhood setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate
