**Commercial Project Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a Night Works Foreman to oversee construction works on a commercial refurbishment project in Canberra.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing sub-contractors and tradesmen, ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety legislation and regulations.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the successful delivery of projects within target dates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing on-site construction activity
  • Ensuring WHS legislation is upheld
  • Managing sub-contractors and tradesmen
  • Assisting Site Manager and Project Manager as needed

Requirements:

  1. Tertiary qualification
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Proven experience managing sub-contractors and tradesmen
  4. Commercial, new build or refurb experience is advantageous
  5. Stability with previous employers
