Regional Retail Refurbishment Project Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee retail refurbishment projects across regional areas, managing works in live retail environments to ensure minimal disruption, safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise trades on site to deliver high-quality refurbishment projects.
- Coordinate night works and regional projects, including scheduling, logistics, and site setup.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and store management to minimize disruption in live environments.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Proven experience supervising retail refurbishments in live environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage trades effectively and deliver works to programme.
- Will to travel for regional projects.
- Flexibility to work night shifts when required.
- Competitive daily rates.
