Role Overview

The RTO Training Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality training and assessment to students, aiming for an exceptional student experience. This position requires collaboration with the Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and Administration teams to prepare, assess, and evaluate qualifications using up-to-date and compliant RTO resources to maintain training and assessment standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and Administration teams to prepare, assess, and evaluate qualifications using up-to-date and compliant RTO resources.
  • Act as a mentor to Trainers and Assessors, guiding them in implementing industry best practices in training delivery methodologies.
  • Offer support to RTO trainers to help them achieve their KPIs related to student progression, completion, and satisfaction targets within the RTO.
  • Adhere to RTO compliance requirements, including AQTF qualifications and state registration and funding bodies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current BSB qualification.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the VET sector.
  • Experience working within an RTO.
  • A current Cert IV TAE qualification.
  • A proven track record in designing and implementing VET training programs that align with AQTF qualifications.
  • A strong ability to provide mentorship and guidance to students.
