Christmas Sales Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic sales professional to join our team during the festive season. As a Christmas Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect gift.

Your primary focus will be on driving sales through effective product presentation, merchandising, and offering tailored advice to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, ensuring displays are visually appealing, and contributing to a positive store environment.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You should be results-oriented, enjoy selling, and be able to provide genuine and meaningful customer service experiences.

This is a fixed-term contract lasting until January 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and position availability.   • Key Responsibilities:
    • Promote and sell products to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases and trends.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
    • Contribute to visual merchandising, ensuring displays are refreshed and appealing to customers.
    • Work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment.
