We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive sales and growth in our Consumer Products Division. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with trade pharmacies and independent supermarkets, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective promotional plans to achieve monthly sales and growth targets.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist.

About the Role:

  • You will cover a large territory based in Sunshine Coast/Far North Queensland, requiring regular travel to Cairns every 8 weeks.
  • Proactively source and secure new business opportunities across the pharmacy channel.
  • Achieve monthly sales and growth targets through effective promotional plans and customer engagement.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and brand advocacy through a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and manage customers on a regular call cycle to drive growth and maximize opportunities within the given geographical area.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of competitor activities, strategies, pricing, client objections, and local market characteristics.
  • Develop and execute promotional plans with customers, ensuring adherence to agreed deliverables.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record as a sales representative, territory, or wholesale sales manager, preferably within the pharmacy channel.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to effectively influence retail partners.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes.
