About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Career Coach to support clients in achieving their career goals. You will work closely with them to understand their strengths, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored plans to help them succeed. As part of our team, you will be responsible for providing regular check-ins, connecting clients with upskilling opportunities, and collaborating with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with clients to build trust and establish clear goals.
  • Develop and implement client-focused employment and skills plans to drive success.
  • Connect participants with hands-on experience, group-based activities, and upskilling opportunities to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to create sustainable career paths for clients.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives. With experience in employment services and supporting individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions, you will be confident in guiding clients toward meaningful and sustainable careers.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and deliver results-driven employment and skills plans
  • Experience in working with vulnerable populations and developing tailored support plans
