**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administration Partner to join our team in Southern Brisbane. This is a full-time, ongoing position that will see you work collaboratively with our broader Queensland administration team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing exceptional customer service and relationship management. You will be responsible for leading customer service and relationship management, supporting our ever-growing teams, and delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

**What You'll Be Doing**

You will:

  • Have extensive experience in customer service and relationship management;
  • Take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations;
  • Develop and build strong relationships with referral partners, therapists, and other industry partners;
  • Demonstrate a high degree of skill in managing our client database and practice administration system (experience with Salesforce is highly desirable);
  • Demonstrate an ability to complete and evaluate processes to ensure that participant onboarding and experience is of the highest quality;
  • Experience with scheduling or rostering;
  • Act with a sense of urgency, set clear priorities, and focus on task completion;
  • Demonstrate a high level of concern for accuracy;
  • Actively participate as a member of a team to help ensure the team achieves its objectives;
  • Approach problems with a 'can-do' attitude and enjoy the challenges that come each day;
  • Be change-ready – we are always evolving and improving;
  • Hold a First Aid Certificate.

**Salary and Benefits**

This is a full-time, ongoing position, and we offer a competitive salary of $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative and supportive work environment.
