Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert advice and support to clients on Oracle EBS R12 Payroll, including legislative requirements and configuration best practices;
  • To design, develop and implement custom payroll solutions using Oracle EBS R12 Fast Formula and WebADI;
  • To analyze business requirements and provide recommendations on payroll system configurations and upgrades;
  • To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and improve overall business outcomes;
  • To stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry standards and ensure that client systems are compliant;
  • To identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as required.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
  • Oracle EBS R12 Payroll, preferably with experience in Australia legislation;
  • PLSQL programming skills;
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 Fast Formula and WebADI reporting;
  • Knowledge of HR Payroll tables;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
