Senior Application Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer to join our team at Jenny Barbour IT & Project Recruitment.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application systems, programs, functions, services, and other related software components in accordance with business needs of medium to high complexity. This includes monitoring, analysing and troubleshooting problems, completing code fixes and testing, utilising application monitoring solutions to monitor and manage application availability and performance, conducting and completing root-cause analysis and creating and executing corrective action plans as required.
The role requires strong collaboration with international clients, business partners, architects, developers, management, and other functions to understand, troubleshoot issues, and develop technical solutions.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities- Support requirements and design solutions for approved projects and change requests of moderate to high complexity and risk.
- Participate in the design/development of system, application, and program code according to business and technical requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance and testing to achieve quality objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to understand business operations and processes, including operations and finance in relation to the E2E supply chain and integrated processes.
- Ability to conceptualise ideas and solutions for solving issues or enhancements.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions to issues or defects in a timely and effective manner.
- Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Forms & Reports, XML Publisher.
- Experience in Oracle EBS O2C (Order to Cash), SCM (Supply Chain Management), WMS (Warehouse Management System), INV (Inventory) and Financials.
- Experience working with Oracle EBS 12.2.4+.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
