Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of issues impacting clients and investigate critical projects to develop and review policies, professional standards, and operating practices.
  • Forge strong connections across the department and with external stakeholders to collaborate on strategic design and development of departmental objectives.
