We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager to join our dedicated team at Mercy Hospital for Women.
THE POSITION Manage and mentor catering staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Oversee compliance related to food safety, WHS and quality.
Ensure stock control and cost management delivers on budget.
Work with your team to guarantee an amazing dining experience every day
THE PERSON Experienced in effective budget management and delivery.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards around food services.
Possess a National Police Clearance and flu vaccination (or be willing to obtain).
