**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We’re looking for a dedicated **Technician Maintenance Heavy Diesel Fitter** to join our Boddington Mine team on a Permanent, working a rotating DS/NS roster **(DIDO)**. With a location just minutes from **Boddington**, and close to Pinjarra and Mandurah, this is the perfect opportunity to balance your professional and personal life.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality maintenance work on heavy equipment, following SAP processes, and supporting our team’s commitment to safety and operational excellence. Your work will ensure equipment reliability and help improve performance across all areas.

**What You’ll Do**
- Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Execute work orders efficiently, capturing transactional data into the SAP system.
- Record maintenance history in SAP for future reference and analysis.
- Provide input into root cause analysis and develop solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our operations to maximize production and reduce costs.

This role is a Permanent position on 9-day fortnight - DIDO to our Boddington Mine, located a short drive from the community of Boddington (10 minutes), Pinjarra (50 minutes) and the City of Mandurah (1 hour).

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
**Desirable Skills**:

- HR Class Driver’s License
- High Risk Work Licenses: Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Dogman, Overhead Crane, Basic Rigging
- Accredited Working at Heights training
- Experience with CAT, SIS, and ET systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship
- At least 12 months of experience performing preventative maintenance and/or major component change-outs on Caterpillar, Komatsu, or Hitachi SME
