As a Business Process Improvement Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and embedding a structured, business-wide approach to business process management (BPM) and Continuous Improvement (CI) across EQL.
About the Role:
- Develop and embed a BPM and CI framework to ensure a consistent and scalable approach.
- Shaping strategy and guiding the BPM and CI function, aligning process improvement initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Analyse and redesign workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimise processes using methodologies like process mapping, value stream analysis, and root cause problem-solving.
- Foster a culture of improvement through training, coaching, and governance, leveraging CI methodologies.
- Engage stakeholders and influence leaders, driving alignment and implementing practical solutions.
- Leverage data and technology to build business cases, define success metrics, and explore innovative digital solutions.
This role involves travel for workshop facilitation and collaboration across our many Queensland locations.
You Will Be Expected To:
- Collaborate with leaders to drive alignment and implement change.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business process improvement and change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Work Location:
The successful candidate will be required to work from our Queensland locations.
