Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia Opportunity

HCA is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our growing service department. Reporting to our Revesby Branch, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services to our customer's equipment in the Sydney region.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team who are safety and customer-focused, committed to delivering high-quality solutions and providing industry-leading machinery and service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a personal drive to strengthen relationships, and a creative approach to problem-solving. They will also possess the necessary qualifications and experience in mobile plant technology and heavy diesel mechanics, with a strong background in excavator diagnosis and repair.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services to customer equipment
  • Working closely with the Revesby Branch team to deliver high-quality solutions and service
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to improve service levels
  • Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to HCA's safety policies and procedures
