Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to manage food production in our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cooks to deliver high-quality meals to our guests.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • He/She will work closely with the Senior Sous Chef to develop menus that meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Manage food cost controls to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure all food production meets company standards for quality and presentation.
  • Contribute to menu creation and maintain up-to-date knowledge of food trends and industry developments.
  • Train and develop junior chefs to improve their skills and career prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in cooking and preparing Indian cuisine is preferred.
  • Strong experience in banquet operations is essential.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of food safety principles and practices.
