We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Service team. As part of the team at the forefront of customer care, your vital role is to ensure our valued customers receive a first-class experience when they interact with our service department.

Your primary objective will be to address customer enquiries in an efficient and timely manner by providing regular communication to our customers while their vehicles are in service or awaiting parts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to stay calm under pressure and have empathy for our customers.
