Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Centre Analyst - Travel to join our team in West Perth, WA. As an Operations Centre Analyst - Travel, you will be responsible for coordinating travel requirements for our transient workforce, ensuring compliance with our company travel policy, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for CHC Australia Operations, ensuring timely and accurate bookings.
- Ensure all travel bookings comply with our company travel policy.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of work rules and scheduling practices to ensure crew members' travel is booked accordingly.
- Engage with Schedulers to manage irregularities and recover disruptions.
- Review and code travel invoices as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Year 12 or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar Travel Planner role within the corporate travel industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) is beneficial but not essential.
- Competent with MS office packages.
- Ability to engage strong relationships at all levels.
- Team orientated with a can-do attitude.
- Experienced in maintaining accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented skills.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
