We are seeking an experienced Chapter Lead to join our Seamless Estates and Secure Authorities squad. This is a key leadership role that will play a critical part in driving the transformation of customer and staff experiences for Deceased Estates and Retail Authorities.

Job Summary

This Chapter Lead will be responsible for supporting and developing a team of product managers, as well as playing a leading role across the broader team to foster a collaborative culture and ensure all CommBank values are demonstrated at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing teams, strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a desire to achieve optimal customer outcomes.

  • Experience within banking or financial services is preferred, but not essential
