Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Service Standards: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, meeting our brand standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Staff Management: Manage and develop a team of food and beverage staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that our outlets are well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our food and beverage operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Menu Planning: Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and drive revenue growth.
- Special Events: Plan and execute special events, such as weddings and banquets, to ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that our food and beverage outlets meet our brand standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
- Certifications: Food safety certification and/or other relevant certifications preferred.
