The successful candidate will be responsible for providing policy analysis and strategic advice to support the development and implementation of victim-centric and trauma-informed policy, practice, and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and management of strategic policy projects through to implementation.
  • Conducting research and analysis to provide policy advice on the impacts of proposed policy reforms.
  • Developing operational policies and procedures to guide consistent service delivery.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide policy advice and support implementation.
  • Drafting submissions, briefs, and policy advice as required.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
